In the heart of the Bugey Countryside, on the outskirts of Ceyzerieu, this detached Holiday cottage sleeps 8.

It's ideally situated for family reunions or gatherings of friends, and to take advantage of the large outdoor space. A secure gate gives access to the property. The main entrance is via a first veranda, an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining area in a second veranda, a large living room with a lounge and an open fireplace. Relax after a good meal with a game of English or American billiards (equipment is adapted according to the game chosen).

A master bedroom with double bed (140x190) and private bathroom. Separate toilet with washbasin. A laundry room in the basement. From the hall, a beautiful marble staircase leads to the three bedrooms: the first with a 140cm bed and two 90cm Bunk beds, the second with a 160cm bed, and the third with a 160cm bed. This floor is also equipped with a separate toilet and shower room.

Electric heating and wood heating by the fireplace. For sports enthusiasts, the Grand Colombier massif, the highest point in the Bugey region (1531 m), lies to the south of the Jura mountain range, and offers numerous signposted hiking and mountain bike trails.
Also worth a visit is the Lavours marsh national nature reserve. For water sports, Lac du Bourget and its Châtillon Beach are 16 km away.
