On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto the living room with its sitting area. A first bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with washbasin. Separate WC. A second bedroom with 1 double bed and a third "small" bedroom with 1 single bed. Italian-style shower room with integrated WC. Heating not included.
