Immerse yourself in the heart of the charming hamlet of Boyeux and let yourself be seduced by this 140m² Holiday cottage, completely renovated on 3 levels, designed to accommodate up to 6 people.
Nestled in an old winegrower's house, this residence offers an authentic experience that perfectly blends old-world charm with contemporary comfort.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the unique character of this place. On the first floor, a restored wine press invites you in for moments of serenity. An exterior stone staircase leads to a covered terrace offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Inside, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a living room with a beautiful fireplace and wood-burning stove, ideal for convivial evenings.
On the second level, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer privacy and comfort. The first has 2 beds 90*190. The second has a 160*200 bed and a private terrace for quiet relaxation.
On the top floor, a third bright and welcoming bedroom with 2 beds 90*190, as well as a relaxation area equipped with a sofa bed, guarantee you a most pleasant stay. For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided, while utilities are included in the rental price.
As an added bonus, the owners offer you access to a peaceful garden area not adjoining the Holiday cottage, perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal or simply relaxing. You can even visit the owner's local honey mill, Champ du Chêne, for an authentic experience of the region. On site, numerous Hiking trails invite you to explore the surrounding nature, while attractions such as the Charabotte waterfall and Chambod Island promise unforgettable moments.

Agréable séjour à Boyeux Saint Jérôme, commune réunissant plusieurs petits villages authentiques des vallées de Cerdon.
Le gîte, dans une ancienne maison vigneronne, a été rénové avec goût et permet de rayonner pour des activités diverses et variées.

Akmal Perfekte Gastgeber und ein unvergesslicher Aufenth
Daniele und Gunter sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Von der ersten Begrüßung bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Sie sind nicht nur unglaublich herzlich, sondern auch sehr aufmerksam, was die kleinen Details angeht, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen.
Das Haus war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Daniele und Gunter waren jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich, sie schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Pour quelques jours de retrouvailles en famille, ce fut des instants merveilleux! Gîte en lui même, accueil des propriétaires très arrangeants et d’une grande gentillesse.
Nous avons été chanceux d’avoir vu la neige, puis le soleil… chauffés au feu de bois… le gîte en campagne valait le chalet en montagne.- Cleanliness
