In any season, discover the richness of the region: halfway between Pérouges and Villars les Dombes, discover the Park and its 1000 birds. A real trip around the world. If you're more interested in discovering local heritage, head for Châtillon sur Chalaronne, with its famous halls and Saturday market. Looking for more? If so, the Monastère Royal de Brou will awaken your cultural sensibilities with its immaculate facades, remarkable glazed roof and the sheer size of its three cloisters.
Now, discover the outside of the gîte. Relax by the swimming pool shared with "Le hameau de MARENE" and the owners. Everything has been planned to ensure that your stay is synonymous with rest, idleness and relaxation. The gîte is located on a farm (cereals and rearing calves from September to May).
A light-hearted getaway: Beds made up on arrival, towels provided, utilities included. If you would like a cleaning package, a charge of 40 euros will be made.
Single-storey gîte. Entrance into kitchen with living room. Two bedrooms: one with a 160*200 bed, the second with two 90*190 beds. Shower room. Laundry room and separate WC. Heating by reversible heat pump: air-conditioned in summer. 7-person second gîte nearby. Terrace and private garden. Swimming pool: 4.1 * 8.5, 0.9 to max. 2m deep, evenly sloped.
Filling of the pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of "drought" decrees issued by the Ain prefecture.

Bien que très grand 1.94, je saurais être accessible pour vous accueillir au HAMEAU DE MARENE avec convivialité, simplicité et attention. Blond sans chaussure noire mais parfois des bottes de travail, vous croiserez ma silhouette si vous le souhaitez sur l'exploitation qui jouxte le gite. Plutôt discret et jovial,je resterai à votre écoute tout au long de votre séjour, afin que ce dernier vous soit le plus agréable possible. Avec toute ma sympathie. XAVIER

Dirk en Ingrid Stilte en rust in de natuur
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Xavier. Wij vonden er rust en stilte, een mooie tuin met zwembad, relaxzetels, goed uitgeruste keuken en degelijke bedden.
De werkelijkheid stemt overeen met de foto's op de site.
Uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en bezoeken aan middeleeuwse stadjes... Best wel auto nodig om boodschappen te doen maar zo kan je genieten van de velden met maïs, soja en ZONNEBLOEMEN :-)

Stephaneb Super séjour
Que dire? C'est calme, très bien rénové, confortable, climatisé et bien situé. L'accueil a été parfait, la communication avec Xavier a été très bonne. Le plus pour la piscine qui nous a bien rafraîchi avec les 33° qu'il faisait lors de notre séjour. Je pense y retourner.

Le gîte est absolument parfait, bien situé, bien équipé, très confortable. Le propriétaire est charmant et fait tout pour qu'on se sente bien.
La région est belle avec plein de choses à voir.

Nad Très agréable logement
Très joli logement dans un cadre tranquille .
Le gîte est confortable et très bien équipé et l'espace autour de la piscine superbe .
La piscine avec ses 3 marches ,etait facile d accès pour notre petit fils de 2 ans et pour sa grand mère en convalescence d un pied cassé.
Les repas sous le mûrier , bien à l'ombre du soleil du midi, sont des plus appréciables .
La gentillesse du propriétaire et ses nombreux cadeaux (boissons fraîches à l arrivée, tomates du jardin, confitures maison, etc... )ont été très appréciés.
Le propriétaire est vraiment très serviable et sympathique.
Nous le remercions grandement pour ses multiples attentions .

phil54 gite de qualité
Je recommande vivement ce gite très fonctionnel, au calme avec une piscine privée très accueillante.
De nombreuses visites sont possibles à proximité : le parc des oiseaux (exceptionnel), le village médiéval de Pérouges (remarquable), de très belles promenades le long des lacs sauvages.
Xavier, le propriétaire, est aux petits soins pour ses locataires.
Les petits-enfants de 9 et 11 ans étaient ravis.

Famille D Excellent séjour au Pré carré
Le "Pré carré" est très confortable et ressemble en tous points aux photos présentes sur le site. Il est parfaitement équipé et très bien situé pour découvrir la Dombes.
La piscine est très agréable.
Xavier est un hôte à la fois discret et prévenant.
