Located in the hamlet of Challes, this two-story house (65 m²) has been converted from a renovated farmhouse and is attached to a second holiday cottage for 3 people, combining old-world charm with a more contemporary decor.

The entrance leads to a private shaded terrace, perfect for relaxing. From there, you enter a foyer with plenty of storage space. Head up the stairs to explore the living areas. A spacious, bright living area with a stunning exposed wooden beam ceiling. This cozy living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a sitting area, and a discreet home office.

The windows are fitted with solar-powered roller shutters, ensuring comfort and a cool interior on sunny days. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190), separated by a semi-open partition for added privacy. A modern bathroom with a toilet completes this cozy holiday cottage.

Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden with sun loungers, secure parking, and access to the owners’ Piscine from mid-May to mid-October, subject to weather and regulatory conditions.
Ideal for a weekend or a longer vacation, this furnished vacation rental offers the perfect base for exploring hiking trails, bike rides, local markets, and natural sites such as Lake Cormoranche-sur-Saône.

Travel light: the beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided, and utilities are included. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available upon request.
