If you choose to come and discover the Château de Varambon and become a châtelain for an evening, you'll be charmed by the warm and natural welcome you'll receive from the Count and Countess de Boissieu. They are happy to offer you their table d'hôtes for a shared dinner that will allow you to appreciate the true "Art de vivre à la Française" that combines conviviality and gastronomy. The park boasts an exceptional view over the River Ain, as well as remarkable trees (giant sequoias and two-hundred-year-old cedars of Lebanon).

In the heart of a Varambon hamlet, surrounded by nature, Le Petit Berlier is just 500 m from the Château de Varambon. This Holiday cottage is a former coaching inn that has been completely rebuilt to create an 83 m² gîte. It adjoins a second 6-person Holiday cottage. On two levels, it can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms. The main entrance opens onto a large living room with a sitting area. Two steps up are an independent toilet and a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a staircase leading to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180*200 - two 90cm beds are combined). One step further down, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the final bedroom has a single bed. There's also a shower room and separate toilet. The Holiday cottage has a tiled terrace and a courtyard with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Bugey mountains and the River Ain. You can also park your car in the garage for a short or longer stay. The owner also has a swimming pool at your disposal, located in the heart of the Château de Varambon grounds, a 3-minute drive away (2 km). You can use it from 10am to 8pm. The Piscine is shared with Château guests and the owner's family. You can also enjoy the park and playground. You can discover the banks of the Rivière d'Ain, all the summer activities with canoeing, Hiking on the banks of the Ain, and, for the younger ones, investigate Varambon thanks to its treasure hunt (for 4 -12 year olds). Bourg-en-Bresse is just 25 km away, with a rich heritage to visit, including the Monastère Royal de Brou and the Apothicairerie.
