Entrance hall, functional kitchen with wood-burning stove, lounge with wood-burning stove, ground-level bedroom with 2 single beds (90*200), shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet with washbasin. 1st floor: large hallway, three bedrooms including two with two 90*200 beds each and a 4-person bedroom with 4 90*200 beds, bathroom, separate WC, laundry room. Wood and electric heating. Terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue (charcoal). This gîte has been totally renovated and benefits from excellent thermal insulation. You'll appreciate the charm of the stonework and beautiful beamed ceilings. Ideal for getting together with family or friends, and enjoying the many winter activities (skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, etc.) or summer activities (hiking, discovering the flora and fauna, etc.). Nicolas Vacances bucoliques
Le gîte est situé dans le village dans un environnement calme, idéal si on cherche à se mettre au vert. Spacieux et confortable pour de grandes tribus. À mi-chemin entre plaine de l'Ain et Savoie, l'usage de la voiture est indispensable. Balades à proximité.
