Near Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne, in the small hamlet of Challes, the 65 m² Gîte Le Grenier de Bussière is located in a former L-shaped farmhouse and can accommodate up to 5 people, in a warm, modern decor with every comfort. Entrance is from a small private terrace of the Gîte, leading to an entrance hall with plenty of storage space. An interior staircase leads to a large living room with a beautiful wooden framework, comprising a fully-equipped kitchen open onto the dining area, a relaxation area with sofa bed and a small office area. Windows and skylights are fitted with solar-powered roller shutters to keep out the light and sun in summer. Through a sliding door, you'll discover a bedroom with a single bed (90x190) and a double bed (160x200), while preserving the privacy of each thanks to the semi-separation. A bathroom with WC completes the accommodation. Gas heating included. Outside, the Gîte has a small private terrace with a wooden table and bench, shaded at lunchtime and in the evening. The owners share their large swimming pool from mid-May to mid-October, with access from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Filling of the pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of "drought" decrees issued by the Ain prefecture. Garden area with deckchairs and/or sun loungers. Secure parking in the property's courtyard. Bonus: beds are made up on arrival, towels are provided and utilities are included. Ideal for discovering the many natural and cultural treasures of the Val de Saône. For a weekend or a longer stay, for young and old alike, there are numerous activities within everyone's reach, thanks to signposted footpaths, walking and cycling circuits. For swimming enthusiasts, there's Lac de Cormoranche-sur-Saône.
