Near Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne, in the small hamlet of Challes, the 65 m² Le Grenier de Bussière holiday cottage is located in a former L-shaped farmhouse, adjoining a second holiday cottage that sleeps 3 people, and can accommodate up to 5 people, featuring warm, modern decor and all the comforts of home.
The entrance is via a small private terrace and leads into an entryway with plenty of storage space. An interior staircase leads to a large living area with a beautiful exposed wooden ceiling, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining area, a relaxation corner with a sofa bed, and a small office space. Windows and skylights are equipped with solar-powered roller shutters, allowing you to block out light and the sun’s rays in the summer.
Through a sliding door, you’ll find a bedroom with a single bed (Bed 90x190) and a double bed (160x200), with each person’s privacy maintained thanks to the partial partition. A bathroom with a toilet completes this accommodation.
Gas heating is included.
Outside, the Holiday cottage features a small private terrace with a wooden table and bench, shaded at midday and in the evening. The owners share their large Piscine from mid-May to mid-October, with access from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Filling the Piscine with water and its use by guests may be restricted in accordance with “drought” decrees issued by the Ain Prefecture.
Garden area with lounge chairs and/or sunbeds.
Secure parking in the property’s courtyard.
The highlight of this holiday cottage: the beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided, and utilities are included.
Ideal for exploring the many natural and cultural treasures of the Val de Saône.
