Are you looking for a Holiday cottage where you can get together with family or friends? Then Le Grand Marène will be your next destination, with a maximum capacity of 11 people.
In any season, discover the richness of the land between Pérouges and Villars les Dombes, discover the Park and its 1000 birds, Châtillon sur Chalaronne and its famous halls.
Now, discover the Holiday cottage located at the end of the Dombes farmhouse of this agricultural operation (cereals and rearing calves from September to May) in a green setting spread over 2 Holiday cottages.
Here's a description of the first: Entrance into a bright living room and spacious lounge. A functional, fully-equipped kitchen area, a mini laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate toilet, and a small office area with built-in cupboard leading to the master bedroom (160*200 bed) with walk-in shower room. In the center of the living space, you'll find 2 bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and dressing room, and the second with 2 90x190 beds and a 120x190 single bed; bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.
The second Holiday cottage, just a few meters away, is all on one level. The entrance opens onto a kitchen with living room. Two bedrooms: one with a 160*200 bed, the second with two 90*190 beds. Shower room. Laundry room and separate WC.
Reversible heat pump heating: air-conditioned in summer.
Relax by the Piscine shared with the owners. Terrace and private garden. Piscine: 4.1 * 8.5, 0.9 to max. 2m deep, evenly sloping.
Enjoy a light-hearted getaway: Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, housekeeping package including utilities.
This Holiday cottage is a combination of 2 different Holiday cottages located on the same site (G260010 and G260011).

Bien que très grand 1.94, je saurais être accessible pour vous accueillir au HAMEAU DE MARENE avec convivialité, simplicité et attention. Blond sans chaussure noire mais parfois des bottes de travail, vous croiserez ma silhouette si vous le souhaitez sur l'exploitation qui jouxte le gite. Plutôt discret et jovial,je resterai à votre écoute tout au long de votre séjour, afin que ce dernier vous soit le plus agréable possible. Avec toute ma sympathie. XAVIER

Thibaut Week-end du 8 mai
Nous avons passé le week-end du 8 mai en famille. Le gîte est très confortable, très bien équipé et très agréable. Xavier nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine. Très agréable après une journée au parc des oiseaux tout proche. Merci Xavier.

Ibis Le bal des oiseaux
Gites très calmes, coquet, espace pour jouer dehors, apprécié aussi par les enfants. Proche des beaux villages médiévaux, et du magnifique parc aux oiseaux.

Excellents gites en tous points : accueil, confort, calme, cadre, prestations, équipements intérieurs et extérieurs, sentiers de promenades, ...

Phil 28 Séjour au calme
Xavier, le propriétaire est charmant, nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme Avec tout le confort pour 10 personnes. La Dombe est une très belle région. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour détente sans problème.

Séjour solidaire Maison et Hôte exceptionnel
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec une petite attention (bouteille de cerdon offerte et eau mise au frais) ce qui compte beaucoup.
Nous accompagnions des personnes dont une en fauteuil roulant : l'hôte m'a envoyé une vidéo avant le séjour et nous avons pu bouger le mobilier de la chambre du bas pour l'adapter. Un grand merci.
Les 2 gîtes côte à côte offrent une possibilité de venir à plusieurs. Ils étaient très propres et décorés avec goût.
La piscine est nettoyée chaque jour.
Le jardin est splendide et bien entretenu avec de nombreux arbres qui apportent de la fraîcheur en période de canicule.
Des chaises longues et petites tables en grand nombre.
Un terrain de pétanque et un barbecue tout neuf.
Quoi demander de plus pour passer de belles vacances ?
La tranquillité du lieu fait tout son charme (le chant des oiseaux) et nous avons eu un cadeau inestimable à la fin du séjour : une petite chouette apportée par l'hôte et une participation financière à notre séjour de vacances solidaires qui a clos notre séjour pas sans émotion .... Un séjour plus que réussi et des personnes qui ne partent jamais en vacances complètement ressourcées et ravies.
