Now, discover the gîte located at the end of the Dombes farmhouse of this agricultural operation (cereals and rearing calves from September to May) in a verdant setting spread over 2 gîtes.
Here's a description of the first: Entrance into a bright living room and spacious lounge. A functional, fully-equipped kitchen area, a mini laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate toilet, and a small office area with built-in cupboard leading to the master bedroom (160*200 bed) with walk-in shower room. In the center of the living space, you'll find 2 bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and dressing room, and the second with 2 90x190 beds and a 120x190 single bed; bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The second gîte, just a few meters away, is all on one level. The entrance opens onto a kitchen with living room. Two bedrooms: one with a 160*200 bed, the second with two 90*190 beds. Shower room. Laundry room and separate WC.
Reversible heat pump heating: air-conditioned in summer.
Relax by the owners' shared swimming pool. Terrace and private garden. Swimming pool: 4.1 * 8.5, depth from 0.9 to max. 2m with regular slope.
Enjoy a light-hearted getaway: Beds made on arrival, towels provided, housekeeping package including utilities.
This gîte is a combination of 2 different gîtes on the same site (G260010 and G260011).
The filling of the swimming pool and its use by the tenants may be restricted in application of the "drought" decrees of the Ain prefecture.
