In the heart of the hamlet of Collonge, this Holiday cottage (200 m²) is located on a property comprising two independent cottages: one for 2 people and one for 8 people, on enclosed grounds, in a quiet location close to the owners.

The main entrance is from the large, bright, independent kitchen, which also opens onto the Holiday cottage's private garden. Two steps up, a large 28 m² bedroom with a 160x190 bed, large windows to take advantage of the outside view; bathroom with corner bath, shower and WC, private to the bedroom; a second shower room with WC, a relaxation lounge with living room and the large fireplace for winter; a bedroom with a 120 bed and a 140 bed. From this room, an interior staircase leads to the 1st floor, with a bright bedroom with a 160*190 bed. A 140cm sofa-bed and a 120cm bed are located in a relaxation area on the first floor, which also includes games, table soccer and an exercise bike.

Electric heating extra. This Holiday cottage has been completely renovated in white and blue tones, with beautiful exposed beams and a refined decor.
The owners' Piscine (13m x 7 m, 2.20m deepest from mid-May to end-September, weather permitting) is available to both Holiday cottages, subject to conditions . You can discover Châtillon sur Chalaronne and its "exceptional" Market under the covered market halls, the bird park at Villars les Dombes, and the Royal Monastery of Brou. The Beaujolais wine hamlet and Touroparc are 10 minutes away.
