In the Countryside, ideally located for family reunions, surrounded by greenery. 1st floor: 5 tastefully decorated 2-person bedrooms: Exotique (160x200), Toscane (140x190), Beaumanoir (160x200), Comtesse (160x200 ), Bambou (2 beds 80x200 that can be joined together)) with Italian-style shower room and WC.
60m² balcony which, in fine weather, becomes a games area with table soccer, billiards and table tennis. First floor: bright 40m² living room with large bay window (wood-burning stove). Covered terrace.
Utilities included, basket of wood extra if you wish to use the wood-burning stove, bed linen provided. Beds made on arrival. Housekeeping included at end of stay.
Secure, enclosed grounds of 1 hectare. Possibility of renting a second Holiday cottage on the same property: Gîte du four à pain, sleeps 12. Laundry room with washing machine available on request.
