Le Clos Perché is a small apartment for 5 people. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes or for all other activities. This small vacation home is surrounded by small forests. Escape into the wilderness, accessible to all. If you're a keen skier, you can set off on foot from the residence, and hurtle down the slopes for beginners or advanced skiers. In fine weather, try your hand at canoeing or discover the Plateau du Retord, on foot or by mountain bike. For young swimmers, there's a supervised Base de loisirs about 15 minutes away in Champdor.
And after a busy day, how about a sauna session with a view of the Mountain? It's waiting for you on the balcony.

The duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor. It's decorated in a family-friendly Chalet style.
On the 1st level: a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room (single bed), a separate toilet with hand-washer and washing machine. A small balcony with garden table and sauna for 1 person.
On the upper level: a bedroom with a 140*190 bed and two 90*190 Bunk beds. Bathroom with washbasin.
Why not travel light? Beds made on arrival, linen and towels provided. A little extra? The sauna is included in the rental price.
Cleaning package available as an option.
Cellar for storing 2 bikes and/or skis. Reserved parking at the residence. Cell phone not widely available (Bouygues only).
