The Holiday cottage is a combination of two accommodations located on the same property: G43001 and G43002.
Less than 10 minutes from the A42 motorway and 17 km from Lyon, the Holiday cottage Le Clos du Jardin is located in a property comprising several accommodations and has a capacity of 10 people. The accommodation comprises two Holiday cottages with a shared entrance, and is located in a building comprising 7 year-round rentals. A secure gate gives access to the shared courtyard, and a second gate leads to your private Location. From this courtyard, you enter the Holiday cottage via a spiral staircase leading to an entrance hall and the two independent accommodations. You'll find two kitchens with two relaxation areas, and two sleeping areas, each with 2 single beds (90*200, trundle beds) that are screened from view by curtains. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and integrated toilet. Each accommodation has an open mezzanine with three beds, i.e. 2 single beds (80x200) that can be joined together and 1 single bed (90x200). Electric heating. Adjoining the owners' residence, a large relaxation area with a Spa (extra charge €25/hour for 5 people) and a common room are available to the Holiday cottage and Bed and breakfast guests. This area features a billiard table and sofas for family and friends to get together and socialize, whether for a weekend or a longer stay. From the beginning of May to the end of September, you can relax in the covered, heated Piscine shared with guests from other accommodations. Holiday cottage plus: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included. Pets allowed by prior agreement with the owner. The common courtyard is shared with all the apartments. Reduced rates possible according to number of people.
