At Le Clos des Hirondelles, in the center of the village, you'll enjoy strolling through the garden, watching the birds and simply taking the time to live. The house's warm, uncluttered decor will delight young and old alike.
To enter Le Clos des Hirondelles, park in the dedicated parking lot, and after skimming the Japanese steps, a beautiful wooden door opens onto a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and sitting area (sofa bed 140cm); a shower room with direct access to a private terrace and garden shared with the owners. Separate WC.
From the living room, a staircase leads to two bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed, the other with two 90cm single beds. A bathroom with integrated WC completes this property. Electric heating and wood-burning stove.
All services are included in the rental price: beds are made on arrival, towels and utilities are included. Bicycle storage available. Ideally located on the borders of the Ain, Isère and Savoie regions, the gîte is at the heart of a wide variety of landscapes and activities: ViaRhôna and Grand Colombier nearby, numerous lakes in the vicinity (Aiguebelette, Paladru-Charavines, Aix-les-Bains, Annecy), as well as Ambléon and Barterand to discover, water sports activities with FoxaGliss (sailing, Stand Up Paddle, canoeing) 1km away and even a water ski lift 5 km away! Walibi is nearby (10km), as are the Maison d'Izieu (4km), Belley, home of Brillat-savarin (16km), Morestel, city of painters (20km), the Chartreuse and the Bugey mountains....
