This character property, adjoining the owners’ home and located in the town of Boissey, has been lovingly restored to preserve its half-timbered walls and old-world charm while offering the modern comforts essential for your vacation. Ideal for a short, rejuvenating getaway or a long family vacation, this building exudes a warm and personal atmosphere where you’ll immediately feel at home.

The living area has been designed to accommodate six people in a spacious and cozy setting. The fully equipped kitchen becomes the hub of your social gatherings, while the living room invites you to relax completely beneath its centuries-old beams. For a good night’s sleep, three spacious bedrooms—featuring a blend of rustic, vintage furniture and meticulous finishes—offer you a true haven of serenity. Every room in the house tells a story and ensures you can completely unwind from the very first moment.

The garden is a constant invitation to spend time together under the Ain sunshine. You’ll enjoy a completely private Piscine nestled in a peaceful green setting, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. For ultimate comfort, a laundry room adjacent to the holiday cottage—equipped with a shower—is directly accessible from the terrace and the Piscine: ideal for rinsing off or changing without having to go inside the house. Your outdoor spaces become the theater for al fresco breakfasts and dinners under the stars, with the surrounding Countryside as your only horizon. It’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect in simplicity, and savor the gentle Bresse way of life.

Discover your vacation home: the entrance leads into the living room, which is partially open to the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including one family bedroom. One bedroom has a 160×200 bed, a second has two 90×200 beds, and the family room has two 90×200 beds along with its own private bathroom and toilet. There is also a second bathroom and a separate toilet. A functional laundry room with a shower is attached to the holiday cottage, offering direct access from outside.

Travel light: everything is included—beds are made on arrival, and towels, linens, and utilities are included.
Housekeeping is available as an optional service. Heat pump and electric heating. Garage for one vehicle and two-wheeled vehicles (bicycles and/or motorcycles). Parking spaces in the owners’ courtyard.
