Through a large gate, you enter a large wooded property that includes the owners' house with 3 guest rooms and the adjoining Hauterive and Varey holiday cottages. A separate entrance leads to the living room, which harmoniously combines a wooden ambience with soft, uncluttered decor and vintage touches. From the living room, a staircase leads to a shower room, 1 WC and 2 bedrooms, one of which, in pink tones, has 1 double bed (190x200) with a view over the garden and park, and the second, which has 2 single beds (90x200) with two bull's-eyes and a roof window. On the first floor, thanks to a connecting door with the second Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy a vintage-style living room with a kitchenette and dining area. A beautiful wooden staircase leads up to the 1st floor to a master bedroom (double bed (180x200, separable if required), the shower room with its green mosaics, integrated but independent WC. In the heart of this large wooded park, a small 'Beach' has been laid out on the banks of the Oiselon, a small stream running through the property, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Two shared swimming pools are available: an outdoor pool accessible only in summer, and an indoor lap pool located in the main house, as well as a fitness area (cardio and weight training).
