25 km from Bourg en Bresse, in the center of the village, the duplex Holiday cottage Hauterive (56 m²) can accommodate up to 4 people with its two bedrooms. Through a gate, you enter a large wooded property comprising the owners' house with 3 Bed and breakfast rooms, and another cottage adjoining it for 2 people, to create a single 6-person gîte. Through a separate entrance, you enter a living room where the wood ambiance blends harmoniously with the soft, uncluttered decor and vintage touches.

Le gîte Hauterive: A staircase leads from the living room to the shower room, separate WC and two bedrooms of your choice: the first, with its pink tones (a 190*200 bed) overlooking the garden and park, and the second, with its two single beds (2*90*200), bull's eye and skylight.

Holiday cottage plus: All inclusive - beds made on arrival, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning. Holiday cottage air-conditioned with reversible floor heating and heat pump. Two private north- and south-facing terraces. The outdoor swimming pool, shared with the other guests and the owners, is only accessible in summer, and there's also a swim lane in the main house. A fitness area (cardio and weight training) is also available. Stroll through the park, with its little "Beach" on the banks of the Oiselon, and take full advantage of the peaceful surroundings.
