25 km from Bourg en Bresse, in the center of the village, the duplex Gîte Hauterive (56 m²) can accommodate up to 4 people with its two bedrooms. Through a gate, you enter a large wooded property comprising the owners' house with 3 guest rooms and another gîte adjoining it for 2 people, to create a single gîte for 6 people. Through a separate entrance, you enter a living room where the wood ambiance blends harmoniously with the soft, uncluttered decor and vintage touches.
Le gîte Hauterive: From the living room, a staircase leads to the shower room, separate toilet and two bedrooms of your choice: a first bedroom in pink tones (one 190*200 bed) with a view of the garden and park, and the second bedroom with two single beds (2*90*200) with bull's eye and skylight. Bonus: all-inclusive - bed made on arrival, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning. Air-conditioned with reversible floor heating and heat pump. Two private north- and south-facing terraces. The outdoor swimming pool, shared with the other guests and the owners, is only accessible in summer, and the swim lane in the main house is also available. A fitness area (cardio and weight training) is also available. The filling of the swimming pool and its use by guests may be restricted in application of the "drought" decrees issued by the Ain prefecture. Take a stroll in the park, with its little "beach" on the banks of the Oiselon, and enjoy the peace and quiet.
