It is a Semi-detached house located in the heart of the village, on the edge of the D992 road. Its warm, functional interior combines the comfort of modern facilities with the authenticity of a house full of character, offering a setting where you'll quickly feel at home.

Relax on the terrace, which invites you to extend the summer evenings, while a small grassy area adds a touch of greenery. Just 100 meters away, a Restaurant offers a variety of local cuisine without taking the car.

Its location makes it an ideal starting point for experiencing the region to the full. In less than thirty minutes, you can reach the sparkling waters of Lake du Bourget for swimming or water sports, or Annecy, whose cobbled streets and romantic canals charm visitors all year round. Lovers of history and fine stonework will be enchanted by the Château de Montrottier and the spectacular Gorges du Fier, while nature lovers will find privileged access to Hiking trails and Alpine panoramas. Every season brings its own discoveries, from springtime strolls to autumn escapades, not forgetting the pleasures of the snow at neighboring resorts.
