At an altitude of 780 m, 4 km from Lake Genin (see photo), known as Le Petit Canada du Haut Bugey, the Holiday cottage La Vigne (116m²), located in a quiet hamlet, sleeps 6 with its 4 upstairs bedrooms, all with steps. Adjoining the owners' main house, the main entrance is between the small garden and the terrace. Through the hallway on the right: an independent, functional kitchen. On the left: an open-plan living room with fireplace. At the far end: an open-plan laundry area with sink and washing machine, next to a bathroom and separate toilet. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms: the orange bedroom with a 160/200 bed, the Kids bedroom with its pull-out bed, play corner and private balcony, the blue bedroom with two 90/200 beds and the pink bedroom with two 90/200 beds. Wood heating. The Holiday cottage is all-inclusive: beds made on arrival, departure cleaning, heating and electricity. Discover the Haut Bugey region and its many walks, Lake Nantua, the Glacières de Sylan, and for the more sporty, the accrobranches park with its different levels.
