Holiday cottage in duplex (100 m²), with large, quiet garden on the Hauteville plateau. First floor: entrance hall with access to the garage. On the 1st floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with high ceilings and a sitting area with open fireplace and TV. The dining area overlooks the garden and nature.
A well-equipped oak kitchen. A corridor leads to the shower room with separate toilet. The staircase from the living room leads to the 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, one of which has a TV), and a mezzanine sofa area. Oil-fired central heating included. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. 16 A socket connected directly under the meter for recharging electric vehicles.
Access to the outside via the bay window opening onto the terrace, garden furniture and, after descending 3 steps, the large grassy garden with its pergola (with lighting at night), picnic table and atypical barbecue .... in summer, 2 rocking toys for Kids.
For Fishing, a wide choice: the 2 Genevray ponds (1km), the Lésines pond (7km). Swimming: heated Piscine at Hauteville (10km), supervised Lake at Champdor-Corcelles (15km), at Virieu le Grand (11km) and indoor pool at Plateau d'Hauteville (10km).
Climbing, accrobranche, déval'kart and trottin'herbe, via ferrata (10 km) and, in winter, Nordic and Alpine skiing and snowshoeing are available at Plateau d'Hauteville (5 km). Marked hiking trails on site and equestrian center (2 km).
Astronomical observatory ( 4 km) Local heritage to discover Restaurant in the village (150 m).
For snowy days, the owners provide sledges.

Gîté très agréable et spacieux, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. La salle de vie et la cheminée (bois fourni) sont de vrais atouts, et l'accueil par le propriétaire a été très agréable. La maison est lumineuse, confortable et bien isolée. Le lieu est idéal pour les enfants avec un grand jardin et la proximité immédiate d'un petit terrain de sport. Même si le séjour a été pluvieux, les promenades ou stations à proximité ont permis de bien profiter des vacances. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, en hiver mais pas seulement !

Mil69 Gîte, hôte et région au top
Le gîte est grand et confortable. L’hôte est très sympathique. Et la région est vraiment très agréable ! C’était notre 2ieme séjour dans ce gîte et si l’occasion se présente nous reviendrons !

Gîte calme et spacieux avec grand terrain et vue sur la campagne, (et la faune) bien situé dans petit village typique du Haut Bugey. Départs de randonnées dans le village..

Marie Calme et silence
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce petit village, à proximité immédiate des stations de ski alpin et nordique de Terre Ronde et La Praille. La neige était au rendez-vous et nous nous sommes régalés.
Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, très disponible qui nous a donné quelques idées de visites. Il y a beaucoup à voir, des paysages somptueux. Amoureux de la nature, foncez! Vous serez comblés.- Cleanliness
