Large house in the heart of the Bugey region, with views of the Mountain.La Mignone is set on a one-hectare plot of land at the top of the village. Do you dream of space and authenticity? Take a stroll along one of the many hiking trails (GR, signposted footpaths) and soak up the wilderness. Walk around the Conzieu lakes, climb up to the Belvédère de St Julien, and push on to the summit of Tentanet (1018m). Come and discover the other surrounding lakes: Ambléon, Armaille and Colomieu, where the film "Kids du marais" was shot... Don't forget the majestic Glandieu waterfall 10 km away. For cyclists, the Tour de France passes await you (Grand Colombier, Relais du Chat, etc.). For mountain bikers, there are a number of signposted trails, and if you fancy a bit of gastronomic delights? Belley will surprise you during these Brillât Savarin weekends, and you're sure to taste the famous Bugey wines: Montagnieu, Manicle... And what if the Mignone were simply synonymous with farniente and reunion? Enjoy a barbecue on the shaded terrace facing the Mountain, or play a game of pétanque on the large, floodlit boulodrome on long summer evenings. Ground floor: a large living room with sitting area and functional fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom 1 (160*200 bed), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with bike storage. On the upper level, three bedrooms and a shower room with WC: Bedroom 2: 4 single beds (2x2 bunk beds), Bedroom 3: bed 160x 200, Bedroom 4: bed 140x190.
