In the heart of nature, below the village of Samognat, the Gîte La Mansarde du Tourneur has been completely created on the 2nd floor, in the attic of the former 19th century Tournerie sur (bois de) buis. It can accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A shared entrance with two other gîtes leads to the 2nd floor of this beautiful house. The entrance leads directly into a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area, followed by a relaxation area with a realistic wood-burning Led electric fireplace. You'll be charmed by the timber framing and luminosity thanks to large velux windows with solar shutters offering panoramic views over the splendid valley. There are 2 separate bedrooms: a very large 30 m² bedroom with 2 double beds (160x200), decorated to ensure privacy, and a private shower room (with WC and velux window). The second bedroom, with 2 single beds (90x190), overlooks a beautiful forest. This room has a desk to keep an eye on your private or business affairs, as the Gîte is equipped with fiber optics. A 2nd bathroom (with shower and WC) is accessible from the living room. Electric heating. You'll appreciate it when you arrive if the beds are made. Bathroom linen is provided and utilities are included. Gîte bonus: in the same building, two gîtes for 5 and 3 people will enable you, if you wish, to get together with family or friends. On site, you'll find a large orchard where you can all get together in a rural setting. Come and discover Samognat with its lake, mountains, forest and footpaths starting from the Gîte.
