Built on the same level as the former fortified house - part of which is listed as a Monument Historique - this 98 m² family holiday cottage welcomes you to an unspoilt setting conducive to peace and relaxation.
On arrival, the tone is set by a separate entrance opening onto a delightful gravel courtyard, adorned with a period stone well (secured) and flowerbeds. Inside, the living room reveals a warm, rustic decor, where the soul of the building is expressed through magnificent beamed ceilings and an elegant brick wall. For cooler evenings, a traditional wood-burning stove warms the atmosphere of the living-dining room, creating a particularly cosy ambience. A semi-open, functional kitchen, complete with dishwasher and washing machine, allows you to prepare your meals independently, just like at home. At night, the Holiday cottage has two bedrooms with sober, restful decor, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. The first bedroom has a 160×200 double bed, while the second, perfect for Kids or friends, has three 90×190 single beds. A shower room with contemporary vanity unit and separate WC complete the layout. Outside, you'll enjoy a private area equipped with garden furniture and parasol for alfresco lunches, as well as a covered carport. Heating combines the softness of wood and the efficiency of electricity (billed extra according to your consumption). The Holiday cottage is equipped with Wifi.
