As soon as you arrive on the property, the farm animals, curious and sociable neighbors, will be sure to give you a look (or even a little "bleat" or "cock-a-doodle-doo"). It's impossible to pass by incognito - they love to get to know each other! Outside, there's a private enclosed garden with an above-ground swimming pool reserved for the gîte - ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring. You can also book the Spa for an additional fee (charged directly by the owners). There's no shortage of activities in the area! Put on your sneakers or get on your bike to explore the Dombes region. Numerous walks through ponds and nature trails. Enjoy a spot of Fishing at the private pond 800m away. Discover the bird park at Villars les Dombes. The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the family home. A beautiful wooden staircase leads up to a 6-person vacation rental with two bedrooms. On winter evenings, curl up on the sofa and enjoy the fireplace. On the first floor, a large living room awaits you: ping-pong table, board games, relaxation area and laundry room. Upstairs, accessed by a charming wooden staircase, discover a cozy space for 6 people. Two bedrooms: a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180 x 200), a kitchen opening onto a cosy living room with fireplace, a modern shower room and a separate toilet.
