The Holiday cottage is a grouping of three accommodations located on the same property: G25030 - G25031 - G25032.
Château de la Griffonière, at the gateway to Burgundy, a 16th-century red-brick building partly rebuilt in the 19th century, stands proudly in its Bresse bocage. It offers a blend of French history and the Unusual with its 2 gypsy caravans. On the property, you can stay up to 14 people on two equidistant sites, a pleasant 3-minute walk in the park: on one side, the Jeannette gîte on the ground floor of the château, and on the other, the Rhapsodie and Romantic roulottes. To eat together, either in the Holiday cottage Jeannette or in the park. Sleeping accommodation in 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are in the Holiday cottage Jeannette, the French parquet room with 1 double bed, the cement-tiled room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. The 2 other bedrooms are located in the roulottes, 1 bedroom for 4 people in the Romantique roulotte with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (trundle bed), 1 bedroom for 4 people in the Rhapsodie roulotte with 2 private areas: one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bed linen, towels and departure cleaning included. For bathing in the right season, there's the indoor swimming pool (10x5m), shared with guests from other Holiday cottages on the estate, in summer (depending on temperature from mid-May to end-September), the Wellbeing Pod (booking required) and the Kids' Playroom Pod, and of course free access to the wooded park, orchard, cedar tree and arbour.
