Located in the heart of Leymiat, an authentic hamlet of Poncin, in the heart of the Bugey region, our Holiday cottage "La Fruitière" welcomes you in a calm, green setting.

This 73 m² semi-detached holiday cottage, furnished with care, enjoys a privileged location, just a stone's throw from a small river, Le Veyron, ideal for a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature.
This little corner of paradise is the starting point for discovering the region's tourist attractions. In the immediate vicinity, discover the natural wonders of the Grottes de La Balme, or immerse yourself in the fascinating history of the Soieries Bonnet, a 19th-century industrial jewel located in Jujurieux. Don't miss the Festival International de Musique d'Ambronay, held in the grandiose setting of its cathedral.
For wine lovers, the picturesque village of Cerdon will seduce you with its renowned Vineyard and AOC Bugey Cerdon sparkling wine. Visit its Copper Factory, the only one of its kind in France, with an interactive museum.
Nature lovers will be delighted by the many hiking and mountain-biking trails that criss-cross the region, as well as the water sports such as canoeing and kayaking available nearby. Just a few kilometers away, the Base de loisirs de l'Île Chambod offers bathing and relaxation.

We now enter the Holiday cottage via an outside staircase typical of the region. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living room with an integrated kitchen, and a sitting area with a sofa. A bathroom with separate WC. Two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 double bed, the other with two 90x190 single beds) open onto the back of the Holiday cottage. Oil-fired heating included in the price.
This vacation rental also features a basement garage with washing machine, ideal for storing bikes or motorcycles, and a private enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy garden furniture.
