Easily accessible from Lyon, Geneva, Paris or Bourg en Bresse, this large 2-storey Holiday cottage can accommodate 15 people and is located on Fabien's property, where he has brought his childhood home back to life with respect for the building and the environment.
On the first floor, La Flandrine offers 10 tastefully decorated bedrooms (including 5 singles and 5 doubles), each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen, a large flexible living room and the many outdoor areas of the Holiday cottage and the property.

La Flandrine is also available for training courses, large family reunions or seminars, offering personalized à la carte services on request. In this case, you can take advantage of the following facilities:
- Restaurant.
-3 meeting rooms that can be divided into one, two or three areas.
- an awning transformed into a cocktail area, with its sheltered bar and incredible view over the Etang du Grand Marais.
- professional kitchen equipped with cooking, reheating and laundry facilities + 3 living rooms and 2 washrooms, one of which is accessible.

For a dance party or to organize a wedding, seminar, birthday, family reunion or training course, the owner will draw up a personalized quotation on request, enabling you to invite additional guests for the day (up to 100 people).
