Through a gate, you enter the property's courtyard, overlooking a pond and the surrounding Countryside. The family room comprises two bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed and the other with a 140*190 bed and a 90*190 bed. The shower room with WC is shared by both bedrooms. A large 46 m² mezzanine, reserved for guests and opening onto the ground floor, is designed for relaxing moments, with its library and lounge area.
Breakfast is served in the large dining room, where the charm of the brickwork blends harmoniously with the woodwork and metal staircases. A terrace is available, as is a garage for one car. Only one pet allowed.
