Just 5 km from Montrevel en Bresse and its water sports center, you'll discover the riches of the Bresse region. The village of Foissiat offers shops such as a cheese dairy, bakery, butcher's and grocer's. You can also explore the footpaths close to the hamlet. If you prefer cycling, there's an 8-67 km mountain bike circuit 300 m from the Holiday cottage. There's a small Market in the village square on Saturday mornings. A bar and restaurant are at your disposal for convivial moments, with a covered indoor terrace and a living room that reveals the charm of beams and bricks. Feeling cold? Enjoy the warmth of the pellet stove and bask in this relaxing space, taking the time to do nothing. The living room is followed by a functional, semi-open kitchen. Beds made on arrival, towels and utilities included, even cleaning. This two-storey house is attached to the owners, a studio (2 people) and a year-round rental. Three bedrooms: one for 4 people with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm) (Bunk beds), with en-suite shower room-WC. The 3-person bedroom, with 3 single 90cm beds, also has an "open" shower room with separate WC. The third bedroom, accessible from the 3-person room, has a 140cm double bed. Parking inside the property. Gas heating (underfloor) with radiator in bedroom and pellet stove in living room. A bag of pellets is included in the rental price (valid for one week).
