In the heart of the Bugey region, close to the D30, facing the Grand Colombier, this 157 m² Holiday cottage in Champagne en Valromey can accommodate up to 10 people. Access to the living areas is via an outside staircase on the 1st floor.
A large hallway leads to a functional kitchen, a living room with lounge and dining area, and two bedrooms.
The Turignin bedroom with 1 bed 140 and the Planachat bedroom with 3 beds 90, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.
The other two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: the Planvanel bedroom has 2 beds 90x190 and a small office area, the Charbemène bedroom has 1 bed 140 with a sitting area and an adjoining bedroom with a 120x190 single bed and a play area for the little ones. Shower room with WC. Library corner with books and board games.

Oil heating. Holiday cottage extras: bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning and heating included in rental price.

The garden is private to the Holiday cottage, and the outdoor areas are enclosed with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Parking is limited to three cars, (no possibility of parking a van or camper van.) A room located on the first floor of the house is at your disposal on request to park bikes, motorcycles or store skis.

Numerous nature activities on site: Hiking, cycling, accrobranches, canyoning and waterfalls.
Please note: the entrance to the property and the parking area are shared with another rental, which is located upstairs and to the rear of the house, and is not overlooked by the Holiday cottage.
