In the heart of the village of Peyzieux sur Saône, in a green setting, this Holiday cottage of 156m², has a capacity of 6 people with its 3 bedrooms. It is located in the outbuildings of a late 18th-century bourgeois house adjoining the owners' residence. The main entrance is from the garden and courtyard, leading to a reception hall, WC with washbasin, a functional kitchen opening onto the living room, and a large living room where you can relax and enjoy the warmth of a large open stone fireplace (wood extra). Upstairs, you can choose from three bedrooms, all with parquet floors: a master bedroom (1 bed 160) with en-suite shower room, and two other bedrooms: the green room (2 beds 90*200) with a special feature: access to the outside via a beautiful stone staircase, and the blue and red room (2 beds 90*190), bathroom and shower room. A laundry area with tumble dryer is available to guests. HD fiber-optic internet connection. Oil-fired central heating available at extra cost. Terrace, garden furniture, enclosed grounds, carport.
Ideally located to take full advantage of a large green setting or to discover the Beaujolais and Mâconnais regions. Just 1 km from the Voie Bleue, 700 km of waterside cycling from Luxembourg to Lyon. An itinerary for the curious, gourmets and lovers of good living and beautiful encounters. Accommodation not suitable for business stays.

Excellent séjour, très bon accueil de la personne qui nous a reçus, visite du propriétaire sympa, beaucoup de renseignements, région très intéressante, petit bémol le prix du chauffage en plus qui nous paraît excessif :100euros pour une semaine ensoleillée... Ce n'est cependant qu'un petit détail qui n'a pas gâché notre satisfaction, il faudrait peut être que le chauffage soit inclus dans le prix global pour les mois d'hiver afin d'éviter une mauvaise surprise.

Gite bien placé pour découvrir l'Ain et le Beaujolais et le sud de la Bourgogne. Beaucoup de randonnées possibles pour les amateurs.

Absolutely pristine. Very high cleanliness. Lovely welcome from “La femme de ménage” The owner left a bottle of wine, much appreciated, and called round later to welcome us. Such a lovely tranquil gîte. Plenty of shade in the garden which was welcome in the heat.
Marvellous boulangerie only a few kms away, in spite of a tricky roundabout, was our favourite. Superbe tartelettes framboises.- Cleanliness

La personne qui nous a reçu était sympathique, Elle nous a donné toutes les informations concernant le fonctionnement du gîte et nous a indiqué les commercants les plus proches... Nous n'avons malheureusement pas fait la connaissance du propriétaire.
