Located in the heart of the Valromey, South Bugey valley in the Ain department, this Ecogîte sleeps 5. Spacious in a wooden house built in the Jura Mountains, in the heart of a very quiet village at 640m altitude, with two ski resorts and a lake less than 15 minutes away, this resort is in harmony with its environment.

This Holiday cottage is the ideal base for discovering the treasures of the Bugey and Ain regions. Whether you're a hiker or a cyclist, there's plenty to explore in the region.
Just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage, you'll find the Grand Colombier, one of the Tour de France passes, offering exceptional views of Lake du Bourget, Mont Blanc and the Alps. Numerous signposted trails criss-cross the surrounding area, between forests, ridges and mountain pastures, for hikers of all levels. Cycling enthusiasts will love the varied circuits around Culoz, Anglefort or Artemare, while nature lovers can discover the Valserine gorges, the Balme caves or the surrounding waterfalls, such as the one at Glandieu.
Just 30 minutes away, take a swim, cruise or visit Aix-les-Bains at Lake du Bourget, a large natural lake.

In a small, quiet village of around sixty souls, welcome to La Boiserie de Fitignieu, an ecological house built of solid spruce and completely self-sufficient in BEPOS energy.
This 80m² Holiday cottage has its own independent entrance, not overlooked, and is located on the second floor of the house.
Take the outside staircase leading to a 13m² balcony where you can enjoy the garden furniture.

Entering the Holiday cottage, you'll find the kitchen opening onto the living room, with a relaxation area equipped with a sofa bed and sofa.
There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 bed opening onto the balcony, and the second with a 160x200 bed (convertible into 2 beds on request) and a 90x190 bed.
Shower room, separate WC.
Sheets, towels and optional end-of-stay cleaning package available on request.
Low-temperature heating by heat pump and solar panels, fireplace included.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture, plancha and slide.
