Holiday cottage (66m²) duplex, located at the foot of the GRAND COLOMBIER massif, adjoining the owners' house "east/west".
Access to the Holiday cottage by a few outside steps, leading to a kitchenette open onto the living room, where the warmth of the wood promises pleasant evenings with family or friends (free wood). One bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed), Italian shower room, separate WC.
On 1st floor, semi-open mezzanine (2 single beds 90*190 and 1 baby bed).
Make the most of the terrace and small lawn with views of the surrounding mountains (Dent du Chat, le Colombier). Close to Champagne en Valromey, an ideal location for Hiking and enjoying the flavors of the region.
