In a hamlet of Saint-Vulbas, this Holiday cottage is a Semi-detached house that can accommodate up to 12 people, thanks to its 5 bedrooms and the privacy afforded by the layout of the rooms. Entrance is from the patio, a covered terrace, leading to a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and a living room. A shower room with integrated toilet is adjacent. One step higher, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 )(or 2 beds 80x200 if desired) and a semi-open, private shower room. An interior staircase leads to a corridor serving two bedrooms, each with 2 beds (80x200) (beds can be joined together) and a shower room with WC, and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and shower room. A second staircase leads to an open-plan bedroom with a double bed (160x200) (or 2 beds 80x200 if desired) and a sofa-bed for 2, with private shower room and WC. Electric heating included. Bonus of this Holiday cottage: ideally located for business customers, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided. A weekly cleaning service is provided during the day.
