The Holiday cottage is the result of combining two adjoining accommodations, accessible from the inside (G341020 and G341021).
Welcome to our nature spot, nestled between the river Séran, at the foot of the Mountain la Charmette and a 20-minute walk (from the gîte) from the wild coast of Lake Barterand.
Resourcing at the Holiday cottage's doorstep: Swimming at the Lake, Hiking or horseback riding, cyclo-touring or simply lazing around, relaxing....sur un air de vacances!
The two Holiday cottages are connected by a door, and open onto three outdoor areas. On the east side, the garden lounge offers a secluded interlude, on the south side, the dining area enjoys an unobstructed view of the paddock, and on the west side, the view of Mountain Charmette.
The Holiday cottage's contemporary decor, warm colors and brightness envelop you in a feeling of Wellbeing as you step through the front door. The Holiday cottages are equipped for every comfort. On the first floor are the living areas, with two open-plan kitchens and dining areas, two sitting areas, one with a sofa bed. Two shower rooms, two separate WCs with washbasins. A large table is set up in the shade of the trees in summer. In winter, the Holiday cottages offer a dining area for 6 and an eating area for 8.
One bedroom has a 160*200 bed, while the 2nd bedroom has three single beds (90*190). Accessed by another staircase, the 3rd family room overlooks the meadow, and offers one 140*190 bed and two 90*200 single beds.
Pets welcome.
For touring cyclists and Bikers, bikes and motorcycles can be stored in a closed shelter.
The rental price is all-inclusive for your comfort. It includes bed linen, towels, departure cleaning and utilities.

The Holiday cottage is adjoining a year-round rental, with shared parking, and the courtyard to access the Holiday cottage is gravelled with large gravel pits.
