Welcome to our nature spot, nestled between the river Séran, at the foot of the Mountain Charmette, and a 20-minute walk (from the Holiday cottage) from the wild coast of Lake Barterand. Here you can recharge your batteries at the Holiday cottage's doorstep: swimming in the lake, hiking or horse-riding, cyclo-touring or simply lazing around, relaxing, ....The 5-person Holiday cottage on the Lake - Le Seran opens onto a natural outdoor space on the west side, with a view of Mountain Charmette. The modern decor, warm colors and brightness of the cottage envelop you in a feeling of Wellbeing as soon as you walk through the front door. The Holiday cottage is functional and equipped with all modern conveniences: on the first floor, there's a dining area and a living room with two sofas for sharing convivial moments. On the second floor: two bedrooms - one with a single bed (160*200) and one with three single beds (90*190). Pets are welcome in this Holiday cottage... For horses, a paddock with hay and water is available (invoicing to the owners). For touring cyclists and Bikers, bikes and motorcycles can be stored in a locked shelter. The rental price is all-inclusive for your comfort. It includes bed linen, towels, departure cleaning and utilities. Please note: The Holiday cottage is adjoined by a year-round rental and a second gîte with a capacity of 6 people. Parking is shared, and the courtyard leading to the Holiday cottage is gravelled with large gravel pits. Suitable for business stays.
