Welcome to our nature spot, nestled between the River Séran, at the foot of the Mountain la Charmette, and a 20-minute walk (from the gite) from the wild coast of Lake Barterand. Here, rejuvenation is right on the gite's doorstep: Swimming at the Lake, hiking or horseback riding, cyclo-touring or simply lazing around, relaxing, ....sur un air de vacances!
The 6-person Gite du Lake - La Charmette opens onto its natural outdoor space: on the east side, the garden lounge offers a secluded interlude, and on the south side, the dining area enjoys an unobstructed view of the paddock. The modern decor of the Gite, its warm colors and brightness, envelop you in a feeling of Wellbeing as soon as you step through the front door. The Holiday cottage is functional and well-equipped: on the first floor, a living room with open-plan kitchen and living room with sofa bed; shower room, separate toilet with washbasin. On the second floor: the family room with view over the paddock, with one 140*190 bed and two 90*200 single beds. Pets are welcome in this Holiday cottage... For horses, a paddock with hay and water is available (invoicing to the owners). For touring cyclists and Bikers, bikes and motorcycles can be stored in a locked shelter. The rental price is all-inclusive for your comfort. It includes bed linen, towels, departure cleaning and utilities. Please note: The Holiday cottage is adjoined by a year-round rental and a second cottage with a capacity of 5 people. Parking is shared, and the courtyard leading to the Holiday cottage is gravelled. Suitable for business stays.
