Would you like a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Then we've got your vacation home. Ideally situated between gentle mountains, vineyards and forests, this family home is an invitation to relax, but also to discover a region rich in sporting activities and unspoilt landscapes.
The Holiday cottage has been completely renovated to accommodate four people. From the moment you enter, you'll be seduced by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the bedrooms, you'll have a clear view of the surrounding mountains, inviting you to rest and contemplate.

Around the Holiday cottage, Montagnieu reveals all its natural and cultural riches. Hiking trails lead directly from the village, winding through woods, vineyards and ridges. Cyclists and mountain bikers will be delighted by the trails, which are suitable for everyone. Looking for a thrill? Try your hand at rock climbing on the nearby natural rock faces, a favorite with local climbers. On sunny days, it's easy to cool off in Lake Crotel or in the small rivers nearby. When the heat is on, there's nothing like La Grotte de la Balme, a spectacular site to discover without moderation.
Enjoy sunny days on the private terrace opposite the Holiday cottage. A garden just for you, accessible by a staircase, for the softness of summer evenings or the fragrance of spring.
