Located in the heart of the town of Arvière-en-Valromey, this holiday cottage has been completely renovated into a spacious vacation home for 8 people. Fully enclosed by a gate that ensures the property’s security, the house also features a dedicated bike garage to store cyclists’ equipment. The unspoiled surroundings offer immediate access to numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes, making this the ideal starting point for exploring the Bugey region.

This house charms with its blend of traditional character and functional amenities. The spacious interior living area consists of a cozy living room with exposed stone walls, original beams, and a large fireplace equipped with an insert. The kitchen, with its distinct rustic style, features a convivial table perfect for sharing meals with a group. For relaxing outdoors, there is a beautiful covered and sheltered terrace, equipped with a large dining table, which opens directly onto the lawn and a private, landscaped pétanque court.

The sleeping area is located upstairs and features four bright bedrooms with their original hardwood floors. Each bedroom offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside or the village bell tower, and features understated decor accented by backlit wooden headboards, creating a restful atmosphere after a day spent outdoors.

Upstairs, the space includes 4 bedrooms—3 with a 140x190 bed and one with two beds 90x190—as well as a shower room and a toilet.

Travel light: the beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided, and utilities are included, except for firewood, which is an additional charge. The property is enclosed and secured by an automatic gate, and you’ll have access to a bike storage area and a bocce court.
