Enjoy a stay in this 70 m² gîte located on a farm. Nestled on the second floor, accessible by an outside staircase, this gîte can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon arrival, a separate entrance leads to a spacious living room decorated in authentic chalet style, featuring vintage farm implements.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto this space, perfect for sharing good times. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90*200) and built-in closets, ensure optimal rest. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet add to the comfort of this space. Heating is extra.
Outside, a communal garden accessible via the courtyard offers a grassy area where you can gather around the barbecue provided.
An Ideal Location for Discovery Lovers: this gîte is perfectly situated for exploring the local wonders. Discover the medieval town of Pérouges, the fascinating bird park of Villars-les-Dombes, and the charming village of Meximieux with its historic church and wooden stalls. Venture into the mysterious Grottes de La Balme, or enjoy outdoor activities with several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing nearby. What's more, Lyon, with its wealth of culture and gastronomy, is only 30 kilometers away.
The Plaine de l'Ain industrial zone is also just a short 10-minute drive away, in perfect harmony with all the demands of business stays. Horse-riders are also welcome, with suitable accommodation available.
