In the heart of the Bresse region, the Holiday cottage de Luisandre adjoins a main residence on one side and the owners' annex on the other. This two-storey holiday cottage can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Access is via the enclosed courtyard, and the front door opens onto a hall that leads to a large communal living area featuring a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a living room and a sitting room, with a view onto a private terrace. On the same level are a shower room and a toilet with washbasin. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to a corridor with four bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (160x200) each, the third with a double bed (160 x 19), and the fourth with 2 single beds (90x190). Electric heating. Reversible air-conditioning on 1st floor only. Bonus features of this Holiday cottage: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included, as well as the private SPA (7 places) (open from May 1 to September 30). Everything has been thought of: sun loungers, barbecue and SPA are synonymous with conviviality with family and friends. There's also a courtyard for young and old alike. You'll find an above-ground wooden swimming pool (approx. 2.30 m by 3.80 m and 1 m of water, wicket gate at the entrance), a petanque court and a wooden terrace. Table soccer has arrived and taken its place in the garage, and other surprises! Ping-pong table and darts! The garage is dedicated to games and can only accommodate motorcycles and bicycles. The Piscine is only accessible in summer.
