Located 8 km from the A40 motorway, 15 min from Nantua (glacial lake), 15 min from the Hauteville ski slopes and 20 min from the Plateau de Retord, this Holiday cottage is in a typical Bugiste house, completely renovated, in the heart of the peaceful village of Outriaz.

This 127 m², 2-storey accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people in three large bedrooms with adjustable beds. The independent entrance opens onto an entrance hall with a large ski cupboard and an internal staircase leading to a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning utensils, and to the Holiday cottage entrance which opens onto a corridor leading to a living room, a dining room and a sitting area with wood-burning stove, as well as a semi-open fitted kitchen. Access to the terrace (16 m²) is via the living room or kitchen. A separate toilet and a shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasin complete this floor. The second floor comprises a bathroom (bath and shower) with integrated toilet, 3 bedrooms and a small dressing room off the hallway. The first large bedroom, in raspberry tones, is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). The second bedroom, with its taupe accents, has three single beds (90x200), with the option of making a king-size bed (180x200) with sheet and 2-person comforter. The third bedroom, with its gray walls, has 2 single beds (90x200), with the option of combining them.
