In the heart of the Forest de Seillon, this independent Holiday cottage of 130 m² on two levels can accommodate up to 12 people, with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A gravelled courtyard leads to the terrace. On the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and sitting area, a small laundry room, a bedroom (1 bed 140*190) with its own en-suite shower room-WC; separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, via an attractive wooden staircase, you can choose between three bedrooms: one for two people with a 140cm bed and a baby bed, with a changing table at your disposal; one for 4 people with an independent 90cm bed and a 140cm bed and a 90cm bunk bed and a third bedroom with a 140cm bed and two bunk beds in single beds (90cm); a large, bright shower room, baby bath and independent WC with washbasin.

All inclusive - Beds made on arrival, towels and heating included (Heat pump heating). The unoverlooked terrace, gas barbecue and private above-ground Piscine, accessible only in summer, will delight young and old alike. The Holiday cottage is ideally located: 3 km from Bourg en Bresse and all its amenities, from the Royal Monastery of Brou and its architectural treasures on the borders of Bresse and Dombes.
