Let's discover the Holiday cottage de la Carriaz, a cosy 50 m² accommodation, adjoining the owner's house through the barn, located in a village of character, cradle of the famous Villebois stone, overlooking the Rhône and bordering a beautiful wooded area.
This Holiday cottage is ideally located for a wide range of outdoor activities. Walk or cycle through the woods or along the ViaRhôna greenway beside the river. Nearby: the Isle de la Serre nautical base, renowned for canoeing and rafting. Quick access to Vallée Bleue, a leisure area with a Lake, games for Kids, an adventure course, swimming and water sports. Numerous opportunities for Hiking, climbing or simply relaxing by the water. Discover the local heritage: Villebois stone quarries, typical villages, local markets and local produce.
The perfect place to recharge your batteries, while enjoying a wide range of nearby activities.
This bright, functional Holiday cottage, nestled in peaceful, green surroundings, invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay. Accessible via five wooden steps, a private wooden terrace welcomes you for meals or moments of outdoor relaxation.
Inside, the entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, opening onto a cosy living room with sofa. A shower room with WC completes this level.
From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the 2nd floor under the roof, where you'll discover two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, as well as a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy your own private garden, equipped with deckchairs and a barbecue for summer evenings.
Bed linen, towels and Utilities included, for a comfortable stay.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional.

Prachtige vakantieweek
5/5Een compleet ingerichte gite, voor 2 personen perfect, schoon, mooie locatie uitkijkend op de Rhone(wat een prachtig helder water) of de bergen. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaren. Discreet. De hele week was het tussen 30-35 graden, dan is boven slapen wel behoorlijk warm, gelukkig was er een ventilator. Eventueel zou je de slaapbank beneden kunnen uitklappen. De zon scheen mooi op de rivier, prachtige kleuren. Dichtbij kan je kajakken, zwemmen, wandelen. We hebben enorm genoten van deze week. Pérouges is een prachtig oud Middeleeuws stadje. Lac du Bourget is bijzonder mooi met een grote haven.

5/5Logement très confortable très bien équipé à la campagne.
Rien ne manque en vaisselle linge. On dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires au quotidien comme à la maison.
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires Frédérique et Bernard toujours disposes à donner les bonnes adresses et la decouverte de la région.
Nous avons apprécié le calme et le plaisir de voir le soleil arrive sur les demoiselles.
Restaurant très sympathique dans le village belles balades et randonnées et visites à faire.

Un gite au calme
5/5Petit séjour pour un stage de kayak à l'ile de la Serre juste à côté, ce gîte nous a permis de profiter au maximum de ce beau territoire.
