This Holiday cottage is ideally situated to enjoy many outdoor activities. Walk or cycle through the woods or along the ViaRhôna greenway beside the river. Nearby: the Isle de la Serre nautical base, renowned for canoeing and rafting. Quick access to Vallée Bleue, a leisure area with a Lake, games for Kids, an adventure course, swimming and water sports. Numerous opportunities for Hiking, climbing or simply relaxing by the water. This bright, functional Holiday cottage, nestled in a peaceful, green setting, invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay. Accessed by five wooden steps, a private wooden terrace welcomes you for your meals or moments of relaxation outside. Inside, the entrance opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, opening onto a cosy living room with sofa. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the 2nd floor under the roof, where you'll discover two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, as well as a separate toilet.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden, equipped with deckchairs and a barbecue for your summer evenings. Bed linen, towels and utilities are included, for a comfortable stay. An end-of-stay cleaning package is available as an option. Pets are welcome.
