Nestled in the hamlet of Indrieux, in the commune of Arandas, this 6-person Holiday cottage welcomes you in a natural, unspoilt setting. Adjoining a second Holiday cottage of the same capacity, this place will appeal to all those in search of authenticity. Right from the entrance, the large living room reveals its soul with an imposing old wine press that tells the story of the place. Exposed stonework, warm wood and a modern fitted kitchen create a convivial atmosphere. A nod to the owners' cows. Did you find them? Émily is a producer of local ramequin, a reminder of the house's lively rural roots. The Holiday cottage is spread over 2 levels, with a few staircases that punctuate the discovery of the spaces... but each step leads to a new cozy corner. This vertical organization is part of the charm of old houses: it has to be earned. Three bedrooms with single beds and en-suite shower rooms can be accessed either from the living room on the courtyard side, or from a bedroom on the second floor, offering a degree of flexibility. A small garden area accessible from the first level allows you to enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet, with a boule pitch. There's no shortage of activities in the surrounding area: panoramic Hiking and nature walks on the Plateau d'Hauteville, cycling outings on the hilly roads of the Bugey. For swimming, head for Lake de Virieu-le-Grand. And why not discover the impressive Cascade de Cerveyrieu. Looking for a thrill? The Via ferrata at Hostiaz will take you vertically. Now it's time to relax, with a gaming room shared by both Holiday cottages, complete with shower and sauna (optional and available on request from the owner). Courtyard side: large living room with wine press and sofa bed; shower room-WC 1st floor: hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms (each 2*90*200), small private garden, boules pitch. Communal parking lot behind the house. Leave lightly: everything is included. Shared: gaming room (billiards, table soccer), shower-WC with sauna (optional €12/day on request from owners).
