On the grounds of an old renovated Dombes farm, in a detached 61 m² house close to the owners' home, come and discover this Holiday cottage in a peaceful setting, ideal for a vacation in the heart of nature. The owner will be delighted to show you around the Dombes region. Nearby, you'll find hiking trails and the Dombes road, an 18-hole golf course 2km away, and the River Ain 3km away for swimming and canoeing. For more cultural visits, discover the city of Pérouges with its delicious galettes, the Château des Allymes, the Bird Park with 3,000 birds to admire over 35 hectares, a unique concept. Now let's take a look inside the Holiday cottage. On the ground floor, you'll find a small, bright living room with armchairs and a table, where you can enjoy the view of the outside. A step down leads to the living room, with its open-plan kitchen and fireplace with wood-burning insert, which is pleasant in winter. The wooden staircase leads upstairs to two air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, and the second with a 140x190 bed that can accommodate a baby bed. A separate toilet. Outside, a terrace is ideal for enjoying the surrounding countryside as far as the eye can see. You have access to the swimming pool (4.5mx9m) shared with the guests of the second Holiday cottage and the owners (reserved exclusively for guests under contract) from June to September.
