In the bucolic setting of the hamlet of Napt in Sonthonnax-la-Montagne, this spacious 74 m² gîte, located on the first floor of a former school, invites you to enjoy a stay in the heart of the Ain region. Surrounded by hiking trails, it's the ideal starting point for discovering the richness of the surrounding countryside, from the Retord plateau to the majestic Jura mountains, not forgetting Lake Nantua and the Ain valley.
This vacation rental (renovated floors and walls in early 2024) comprises a spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a sofa for relaxing moments after your escapades. It has two bedrooms: one with four single beds (90x190), perfect for families or groups of friends, and the other with a double bed (140x190). A bathroom and separate toilet complete this space, designed with your comfort in mind.
Outside, you'll enjoy an unfenced plot shared with another gîte upstairs. You can relax in the shared garden furniture, or enjoy a convivial outdoor barbecue.
An internet connection is available, and a cleaning package is available for added convenience. Electric heating ensures a pleasant atmosphere in all seasons.
In keeping with our "I welcome Wouafer's in my home" charter, we are delighted to accept your dogs (up to 2 per stay). When they arrive, they'll find a bowl of fresh water, doggy bags and a pillow to sleep on comfortably, for a gentle stay.
