In the heart of the village of Outriaz, in a quiet, natural setting, come and discover the independent 80 m² Futin gîte, which can accommodate up to 5 people.

Ideally located, you can discover sites such as the Haut Jura regional nature park, the Ain gorges, Lake Nantua and the Retord plateau.
And what about discovering the local cheeses by tasting the famous Comté or Bleu de Gex directly from the producers.

Let's move on to a tour of the gîte.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be charmed by this little house with its beautiful rosebushes that bloom at the entrance in fine weather.
As you enter, you'll discover the living area with a sofa bed (140*190 for single occupancy) and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
Two bedrooms await you, one with a double bed (140*190) for two people, the other with two single beds (90*190). A shower room and separate toilet.
At the back of the gîte, with access from the kitchen two steps down or from the outside, there's a storage area for bikes and other equipment. There's also a laundry area with washing machine.

Electric heating is included to ensure a pleasant temperature in winter.
And when the weather's nice, you can enjoy the gîte's outdoor terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, while gazing out at the view.
Private parking is also available.
