In the heart of the hamlet of Leyzieu, a typical Bugey village, the 3-bedroom Holiday cottage Entre Lac et Collines can accommodate up to 6 people.
This character house (80 m²) with exposed stonework is accessed via a 4-step outside staircase.
The entrance leads to a small hall that opens onto a cosy living room with ornamental fireplace, a functional kitchen with pellet stove and a small shower room.
From the living room, 3 bedrooms are on offer: the first, with beautiful wooden floors and exposed beams, has two single beds (90x190); a second bedroom, with blue and plum accents, has a double bed (160x200), and finally the 3rd bedroom, with its light-blue tinted beams, has a double bed (140x190).
A bathroom and separate toilet complete this accommodation. Heating not included.
For your comfort, a flower-filled terrace has been laid out to take advantage of the calm of the surroundings, and you can also enjoy a vaulted cellar to get together with young and old for a medium or long stay.
A 2-space parking lot and a 3-space garage for motorcycles are also available.
The Holiday cottage is close to the Barterand Lake, the Lavours Marsh and the Via-Rhôna.
This family home is ideally situated for swimming and exploring the Bugey region.
